What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate Cheldrop and communicate with you about it:

Email address — collected when you sign up for product updates through our Tally.so form, or when you contact us for support. Your email is used solely for product updates from Cheldrop and Chris K. N. Consulting as, and to handle support requests.

Purchase and billing information — collected when you buy the Business Class upgrade. Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. We receive only the information necessary to deliver your license and handle support. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

What we do not collect

We do not collect analytics, usage data, crash reports, or any information about the files you publish. Your files go directly to your own Cloudflare account — they do not pass through our servers.

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party.

Third-party services

Tally.so — used to collect email sign-ups on our landing page. Tally's privacy policy applies to data submitted through their forms. See tally.so/privacy.

Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and merchant of record for all sales. They handle billing, receipts, and tax compliance on our behalf. See lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Cloudflare — Cheldrop publishes files to your own Cloudflare account. We are not affiliated with Cloudflare, Inc. Your use of Cloudflare's services is governed by Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

Email addresses collected for product updates are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance.
